DOORscreen covers all the requirements of a contemporary and efficient meeting system. Appointments can be planned and assigned comfortably in advance (time control). Virtual intelligence enables individualised advertising at each location. This allows, for instance, clear orientation by means of arrows for each appointment, meeting room, location and logo. Pre-defined design templates mean you can quickly assume control of this system.

Easy to use - with Excel

This package is low-budget and is astonishingly easy to use. Appointments (including starting and finishing times) are entered easily into a familiar Excel table. Layout and page makeup are automatic.

In the GRAPHIC DESIGNER you can create as many design templates as you like and more demanding users can also insert dynamic picture elements such as arrows or pictograms.

Display appointments automatically from Outlook

Appointments can be entered in your regular Outlook calendar. screenFOOD® takes the pre-defined information directly from Outlook and visualises it via the GRAPHIC DESIGNER & LIST FACTORY modules. Any changes made in Outlook will be scanned according to your settings and displayed immediately. Several calendars can be used as data sources (Outlook/Exchange Databank).
